Diego Benz contributed to the revised circular “Staking” of the Swiss Blockchain Federation.

Diego Benz co-authored the revised circular of the Swiss Blockchain Federation on staking. The revised circular clarifies bankruptcy and banking law issues that have arisen, among other things, on the occasion of the publication of FINMA’s supervisory notice (08/2023). The circular also contains a new classification of staking under tax law.
