Once again this year, Patrik Odermatt was asked by the IGAP (Interest Group of Trainee Lawyers of the Canton of Zug) to give a lecture on the subject of debt collection and bankruptcy law. Patrik Odermatt will use his extensive know-how to provide valuable tips for the bar exam. The lecture is intended to serve as an orientation for the trainee lawyer and provide an overview of the topics relevant to the SchKG exam. It covers the basics of the SchKG (procedures, SchKG actions, SchKG remedies, etc.) as well as current case law and developments in the SchKG.
