For the first time, a company has been successfully entered fully digitally in the commercial register of the Canton of Zug. The consortium around the Drakkensberg AG platform with our partners Diego Benz and Philippe Kaiser succeeded in transferring Assetto Concept AG, based in Zug, directly into the system of the Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zug by means of a digital deed in accordance with UPREG and via PrivaSphere via Sedex. The Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zug received not only the documents but also the information contained therein digitally from the notary and was thus able to complete the registration of Assetto Concept AG with considerable time savings compared to conventional submissions. Once again, real pioneering work has been accomplished for the whole of Switzerland: the first digital company registration in Switzerland at the touch of a button!
