Kaiser Odermatt & Partner advises SSM Partner AG on the sale of a majority stake to Visana. In the course of strengthening its sales activities, Visana Beteiligungen AG has entered into a partnership with SSM Partner AG and is acquiring a majority of the company’s share capital. SSM Partner AG offers its customers throughout Switzerland comprehensive advisory services for all insurance solutions. The company remains independent and will continue to work with the most important Swiss insurers. Kaiser Odermatt & Partner represented SSM Partner AG in the sales process.
