Alisa Demchenko and Philippe Kaiser were invited by the HSLU Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts to give a guest lecture on the topics of Corporate Law and Intellectual Property on the occasion of the Master course International Financial Management.
The focus was on two topics of practical relevance:
🔹 Corporate Law<> – with a special focus on the formation of a stock corporation (AG) and the fundamental principles of corporate law that are central to national and international companies.
🔹 Intellectual property – protection and strategic use of intangible assets in a global environment.
