Kaiser Odermatt & Partner AG advised the shareholders of Secon AG on their strategic partnership with Sumex AG. The aim of the strategic partnership is to create the leading Swiss provider of technology solutions for the health insurance market. Secon AG is a process and data specialist for the core insurance business and Sumex AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ELCA Group, the Swiss IT market leader for engineering, development and business solutions.
