Weblaw Forum, LegalTech, Law 4.0<\/a>The topic of the report was the holding of general meetings and the public notarization of resolutions by electronic means. The electronic holding of general meetings brings with it a number of legal and technical challenges as soon as resolutions have to be publicly notarized by a notary.
