Patrik Odermatt will use his extensive know-how to provide valuable tips for the bar exam. The lecture is intended to serve as an orientation for the trainee lawyer and provide an overview of the topics relevant to the SchKG exam. It covers the basics of the SchKG (procedures, SchKG actions, SchKG remedies, etc.) as well as current case law and developments in the SchKG. Due to the current situation, the lecture has been made available digitally.
