As one of the authors, Diego Benz<\/a> was able to contribute to the Swiss Blockchain Federation’s<\/a> latest circular “Register Value Rights”<\/a>. The authors have dealt intensively with the new securities law provisions of the DLT Act. The provisions, which came into force on 1 February 2021, form a robust legal basis for the tokenization of asset rights.
