In the lecture, he used his broad knowledge to give the trainee lawyers tips and tricks for preparing for the bar exam. Patrik Odermatt used a tennis game to explain the debt enforcement procedure, and explained provisional and definitive legal opening as well as the action for recognition. The presentation was internalized with examples from current case law. The lecture served to provide the trainees with an overview of the topics relevant to the SchKG exam (debt and bankruptcy law) and to prepare them for the bar exam.
