This year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaiserodermatt.ch\/expert\/prof-dr-lukas-mueller\/\">Lukas M\u00fcller<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaiserodermatt.ch\/en\/expert\/philippe-j-a-kaiser\/\">Philippe Kaiser<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaiserodermatt.ch\/en\/expert\/diego-benz\/\">Diego Benz<\/a> were once again able to provide an insight into notarial transactions under company law, particularly in the age of digitalization, in the Master&#8217;s course at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unisg.ch\">University of St. Gallen<\/a>. In particular, with the DLT legislation, the Corona Ordinance and the changes to the Code of Obligations coming into force on January 1, 2023 and the effects on the notary&#8217;s office, highly topical issues were presented not only from a theoretical perspective but also with practical implications. It was an interesting afternoon with good discussions and a great exchange with the students.
