Lukas Müller is an attorney at law with Kaiser Odermatt & Partner AG and an Assistant Professor of Business Law at the University of St. Gallen. He is particularly active in the areas of contract, corporate, financial market, and blockchain law as well as litigation. In addition, he has expert knowledge in financing, accounting and auditing law.
Lukas completed his studies in business and economics at the University of Zurich (MA UZH) and the University of St. Gallen (Dr.oec.HSG) as well as in law at the University of Zurich (lic.iur.) and at Columbia University in New York City (LL.M.). While working fulltime, he was admitted to the bar of the Canton of St. Gallen.
In 2016, he got appointed as Assistant Professor of Business Law at the University of St. Gallen. In 2016, he began working as a law clerk at the Federal Administrative Court in Division II (Economy, Competition and Education) and gained experience mainly in complex litigation cases in the areas of business, capital and financial market law.
